For expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (9:00 AM PST), same-day shipping will be arranged. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from business days and will affect processing and shipping timelines. Kindly consider this when selecting your shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information.

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, with tags attached) within 15 days of order fulfillment.
If a return does not meet these criteria, we will contact you and return the items to you. We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Items returned with stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar products will be shipped back to you, and additional shipping costs may apply.
We offer a 15-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
